An employee accountability exercise is scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 21, 2021. All Jefferson Science Associates staff members will receive notification of the commencement of the exercise via email and/or text message. Both will contain a link to the response system. You only need to respond using one method (via the link in the email or via the link in the text). Simply follow the instructions when prompted.
In order to better accommodate for those teleworking, additional options have been added to the message. The options include:

working on-site
-
teleworking
-
work-related travel
-
on personal leave or scheduled day off
If you are a supervisor, remember to first account for yourself, then click the link to monitor the status of your direct reports. Proactively confirm the status of those workers who you know are off-site (e.g. vacation, sick, lunch break, etc.) and for direct reports who are unable to access the system on their own and who have reported their status directly. Take note of any additions you make to the system and any problems you have using the system and provide to Tina Johnson at cjohnson@jlab.org
