Productive, sustainable innovation is fun, fluid and empowering. Yet, it comes more out of culture than process or strategy. In the next session of Just Desserts on Thursday, May 30, a one-of-a-kind study conducted across six DOE national labs on innovation culture and its surprising results will be discussed. The event will cover what to focus on in order to increase publications, CRADAs, partnerships and patents. Whether basic or applied research, the approach and benefits apply just the same! Jim Keating from Idaho National Lab, who led the study, will be at the lab to discuss the results and implications, and to answer your questions.
