    Lodging

    Room blocks have been reserved at the following hotels, which are all located close to the Jefferson Lab campus. Please note that the listed rates apply ONLY when reservations are made directly with the hotel. If you go through a travel agent, additional commission charges will apply. Please reference the "EPICS Workshop at Jefferson Lab" or Diane Sarrazin's name when making reservations.

    Please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible. The room blocks will be released 30 days prior to the workshop. After October 18, rooms will be available on a space-available basis and higher rates may apply.

    • SURA Residence Facility

      The Residence Facility is now full.

    • Comfort Inn

      The Comfort Inn is located about 2 miles from Jefferson Lab campus. Comfort Inn has transportation to and from Jefferson Lab. Transportation will also be provided from Newport News Airport to the hotel.
