DIS 2011 is the 19th in the series of annual workshops on Deep-Inelastic Scattering (DIS) and Related Subjects. The aim of these workshops is to review the progress in the field of DIS and Quantum Chromodynamics (QCD) and to lay the groundwork for future experiments. DIS 2011 will cover the most recent results from international laboratories such as CERN, DESY and KEK as well as from US national laboratories such as Jefferson Lab, BNL and FNAL. Related subjects and novel theoretical topics will be presented and discussed. DIS 2011 will be the third in this successful and well-attended workshop series held in the US, after 1997 (Chicago, IL) and 2005 (Madison, WI).
